Lenton Company, Inc.Full laundry room remodel included removing a wall, moving heater into the attic, rerouting duct work, and a tankless water heater. Self-closing drawers provide easy access storage. Stainless steel rod for hanging clothes above the extra deep folding counter. Quartz countertops, white glass subway tile backsplash, and modern drawer pulls complete the look.

Addison Grace DesignModern meets contemporary in this large open wet room. The shower bench blends seamlessly using the same tile as both the ensuite floor and shower tile. To its left a wood look feature wall is seen to add a natural element to the space. The same wood look tile is utilized in the shower niche created on the opposing wall. A large deep free standing tub is set in the wet room beside the curbless shower.
York House DesignsThe floor tiles extend up behind the toilet. We love the blue next to the "Setting Plaster" wall colour by Farrow & Ball.
Design TuttoilmondoThe overall design was done by Sarah Vaile Interior Design. My contribution to this was the stone specification and architectural details for the intricate inverted chevron tile format.
Eden LA Furniture and InteriorsThis client has been a client with EdenLA since 2010, and this is one of the projects we have done with them through the years. We are in planning phases now of a historical Spanish stunner in Hancock Park, but more on that later. This home reflected our awesome clients' affinity for the modern. A slight sprucing turned into a full renovation complete with additions of this mid century modern house that was more fitting for their growing family. Working with this client is always truly collaborative and we enjoy the end results immensely. The custom gallery wall in this house was super fun to create and we love the faith our clients place in us.

Sheila Rich Interiors, LLCThe light, airy sheers with delicate floral embroidery afford privacy on the lower portion of the window; a soft balloon valance with gentle folds in the main fabric pattern help to conceal window darkening shades. The valance arches echo the rhythm of the arched window. A curtain in pink ticking is tied back with a bow that matches the valance; all of these fabrics are taken from the bed. This multi-faceted window treatment dresses this important focal point without interfering with the beauty of the striking window arch, which allows the outdoors to come in and maximizes ambient daylight in the room.
