Klassisch, modern in der Formensprache fügt er sich behutsam in das Bestandsensemble aus dem Baujahr 1967 ein und setzt zugleich markante Akzente.
Neben dem neuen Eingangsbereich beinhaltet das Raumprogramm den lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich als zentralen Ort des Hauses mit einem großartigen Panoramablick.
Der Bestand öffnet sich zum Anbau, wurde neu strukturiert und modernisiert.
Moderne Materialien unterstreichen die puristische Architektur.

Pfahlgründung, Kalksandstein mit WDVS, Flachdach mit Gefälledämmung, Mineralische Bodenbeschichtung „Sichtestrich“

O'Shea ConstructionShaun is always one to be honest about his passion for Craftsman style homes. This residence, set high on a hill is a spitting image of O'Shea Construction's mission and purpose in this business. Hardie board siding and new stucco line the exterior walls of the property while inside the bathrooms were re-tiled and refinished. The deck was rebuilt with Ipe decking and copper handrails. We also put in bay windows with copper roofs and painted inside and out. Lastly, a brick paver patio was laid as well as a colored stamped concrete patio. And we finished the landscape with a river rock column complete with an outdoor light and matching copper cap.

Envision Landscape StudioThis garden implements the sounds, textures, sights and emotions of the california northern coast and transposes them into a small suburban backyard, serving to mask the urban noises and surrounding architecture. Along the water edges and lower tiers of the garden, meadow grasses and perennial flowers emerge, at the mid tiers of the garden riparian plantings emerge, and at the highest levels of the garden Oak trees emerge with soft grass understory plantings, defining the space and giving the garden its unique northern coast feeling. Smooth stucco walls contain the plantings and define the space.
