Chelmer Home Renovation
The design for this renovation revolves around improving the liveability of the clients ground floor areas and adding additional bedrooms on the first floor level. A substantial amount of both the ground floor and first floor levels can be recycled quite effectively. Poor zoning of spaces on the ground floor and poor linkage to external spaces were the main issues for this home. This has been corrected largely by relocating the clients kitchen. A kitchen space is seen as the hub of the home, it is important this space is well located. The kitchen now links the indoors with the outdoors.
