eco+historical Frederick
This 1922 Edwardian underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2008-2009 to transform it from a pleasant but drab 3BR/2BA to a 4BR/4BA contemporary family home. The Family Room was created in the rehab by opening the walls between two bedrooms and to the hall and kitchen, getting new paint, new electrical, refinished top-nailed oak floors, built-in speakers and traditional polished nickel chandeliers from Rejuvenation. Wiring was installed for a 5.1 home theatre and a 46" LCD TV was installed along with the built-in ceiling speakers.
