ROAM ArchitectureThese new homeowners fell in love with this home's location and size, but weren't thrilled about it's dated exterior. They approached us with the idea of turning this 1980's contemporary home into a Modern Farmhouse aesthetic, complete with white board and batten siding, a new front porch addition, a new roof deck addition, as well as enlarging the current garage. New windows throughout, new metal roofing, exposed rafter tails and new siding throughout completed the exterior renovation.
KraftMaster RenovationsThese barn doors are beautiful and functional. They open to the pantry and the broom closet, both with built-in shelving.

Signature Designs Kitchen | Bath | InteriorsLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
Rogue Home InteriorsModern farmhouse kitchen with a rustic, walnut island. The full depth refrigerator is camouflaged by extra deep cabinets on the right side which create a large enough space to accommodate an Advantium oven.
Clearcut Construction, Inc.The walk-through laundry entrance from the garage to the kitchen is both stylish and functional. We created several drop zones for life's accessories and a beautiful space for our clients to complete their laundry.
Courtney Thomas DesignThis Altadena home is the perfect example of modern farmhouse flair. The powder room flaunts an elegant mirror over a strapping vanity; the butcher block in the kitchen lends warmth and texture; the living room is replete with stunning details like the candle style chandelier, the plaid area rug, and the coral accents; and the master bathroom’s floor is a gorgeous floor tile.
