My Interiors RedesignedA former dining room, now serving as an entrance hall and library to the cottage. The wood burner was already in place, but we added the mantle piece and styled the room to create a cosy space with the reading corner, keeping the theme of the room cohesive with the rest of the house.

European HomeThe G Series by European Home is a natural gas burner that can be used in custom built or pre-existing fireplaces. For floor level installations, use the optional cover as shown here to hide away the controls and burner parts, for a clean look.
Custom Design & ConstructionOur homeowners approached us for design help shortly after purchasing a fixer upper. They wanted to redesign the home into an open concept plan. Their goal was something that would serve multiple functions: allow them to entertain small groups while accommodating their two small children not only now but into the future as they grow up and have social lives of their own. They wanted the kitchen opened up to the living room to create a Great Room. The living room was also in need of an update including the bulky, existing brick fireplace. They were interested in an aesthetic that would have a mid-century flair with a modern layout. We added built-in cabinetry on either side of the fireplace mimicking the wood and stain color true to the era. The adjacent Family Room, needed minor updates to carry the mid-century flavor throughout.
ConcettiA standout heartwarming feature of this home is the custom built-in bookshelves complete with a bench seat for the daughter to indulge her love of reading.
PJ and Company Staging and Interior DecoratingWe replaced heavy, dated furniture with beautiful, neutral sofa with nail heads paired with colorful accent pillows, luxurious throw and wall art to bring warmth and inviting style to this living room.
Jenni Leasia Interior DesignThe client's existing art inspired the color palette for the living room. The walls are painted Benjamin Moore Grey Owl and the red chairs are covered in a Kravet fabric.
