Classic Kitchens, Etc.This contemporary, eclectic kitchen remodel includes, a Calacutta Quartz for the countertops from Daltile, the edge detail is square on all countertops and the sink is a slate quartz sink. The backsplash is from Daltile as well, it is called Nickel Blend Fortress Mosaic, the trim is a stainless schluter and the grout used was a pro fusion grout in the color Moonshadow. The owner decided to keep their existing floor it gives the kitchen a warm traditional feel.
Hillside Manor DecorThis lovely new colorful butler's pantry offshoot connects the dining room to the kitchen, which is the heart of the home!

Archadeck of Northeast DallasThe outdoor fireplace was built using stucco and includes a cedar mantel and a spacious custom seating wall built with brick, on either side. The brick and stucco were painted in Benjamin Moore’s Edgecomb Gray.
This multi-faceted outdoor living combination space in Dallas by Archadeck of Northeast Dallas encompasses a covered patio space, expansive patio with overhead pergola, custom outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen and much more!
Emilie Fournet InteriorsThe WC was relocated under the stairs where space was maximised with a Barbican sink and wall mounted toilet. Victorian floor tiles work well with a bold black and white wallpaper.
Christopher D. Marshall Architect, LLCThe owner wanted to add a covered deck that would seamlessly tie in with the existing stone patio and also complement the architecture of the house. Our solution was to add a raised deck with a low slope roof to shelter outdoor living space and grill counter. The stair to the terrace was recessed into the deck area to allow for more usable patio space. The stair is sheltered by the roof to keep the snow off the stair.

Design for ChangeThis screened in porch was our new addition to the house. The porch swing was custom made to insure that it was long enough to nap in. Floor and ceiling are made of Fir while the walls are pine.
BroseleyWe carried out a demolition and rebuild of this beautiful terrace house, located just off Battersea park.

LiLu InteriorsBefore purchasing their early 20th-century Prairie-style home, perfect in so many ways for their growing family, the parents asked LiLu whether its imperfections could be remedied. Specifically, they were sad to leave a kid-focused happy home full of color, pattern, texture, and durability thanks to LiLu. Could the new house, with lots of woodwork, be made brighter and lighter? Of course. In the living areas, LiLu selected a high-gloss turquoise paint that reflects light for selected cabinets and the fireplace surround; the color complements original handmade blue-green tile in the home. Graphic floral and abstract prints, and furnishings and accessories in lively shades of pink, were layered throughout to create a bright, playful aesthetic. Elsewhere, staircase spindles were painted turquoise to bring out their arts-and-craft design and heighten the abstract wallpaper and striped runner. Wallpaper featuring 60s-era superheroes, metallic butterflies, cartoon bears, and flamingos enliven other rooms of the house. In the kitchen, an orange island adds zest to cream-colored cabinets and brick backsplash. The family’s new home is now their happy home.

Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors. They serve the Minneapolis-St. Paul area including Wayzata, Edina, and Rochester, and they travel to the far-flung destinations that their upscale clientele own second homes in.
