Bonacio Construction, Inc.This 5400 sf home features many unique features. Interior barn doors, reclaimed spruce hardwood floors and reclaimed hardware from old barns give this home a unique look. It has a fully finished basement, double sided fireplace in the master suite, custom fabricated lighting, marble flooring, custom made vanity from reclaimed barn wood and a very unique grow wall! There's even pieces of boat set into the walls.
Sweetlake Interior Design LLCDimming lights in a bedroom enable you adjust the intensity of light to suit your needs. Light in any room can create a soft, relaxing, romantic atmosphere, as well as provide more intense light for tasks that require it.
Farrow & BallThis bohemian outdoor seating area is suited to outdoor entertaining and parties, the seating area is painted in Brassica No.271, while the wooden panels behind are Calke Green No.34.
Heather PujalsAs the right side of the photo hints, the dining area is open with and connected to the kitchen. A large sliding glass patio door brings a surplus of light into the space allowing the black walls to produce a relaxed rather than oppressive feeling. The resident wanted to keep her string lights up for when she hosts small parties.
Nar Design GroupOur carpenters labored every detail from chainsaws to the finest of chisels and brad nails to achieve this eclectic industrial design. This project was not about just putting two things together, it was about coming up with the best solutions to accomplish the overall vision. A true meeting of the minds was required around every turn to achieve "rough" in its most luxurious state.
Featuring: Floating vanity, rough cut wood top, beautiful accent mirror and Porcelanosa wood grain tile as flooring and backsplashes.

What designer could pass on the opportunity to buy a floating home like the one featured in the movie Sleepless in Seattle? Well, not this one! When I purchased this floating home from my aunt and uncle, I undertook a huge out-of-state remodel. Up for the challenge, I grabbed my water wings, sketchpad, & measuring tape. It was sink or swim for Patricia Lockwood to finish before the end of 2014. The big reveal for the finished houseboat on Sauvie Island will be in the summer of 2015 - so stay tuned.
